Continued financial independence

I am not sure if changing the site from HTML into a blog was a good idea, like I said I was getting hits and ranking well in Google and MSN before.

Now I have changed the site so many times I'm worried about getting blacklisted.

I have thought of some more benefits a blog offers.

1. RSS FEEDS - RSS Feeds allow people to subscire to your content, like getting email updates they can see what new stories and articles have been posted on your blog.

heres my feed subscribe to it

2. You can get traffic from sites like mybloglog and spicypage, the traffic from these sites is quite substantial but its not targeted like if some one searched for financial independence on google.

3. People can add comments this is a nice feature, people can tell you what they think of your blog and articles. Hopefully it will make them want to subscribe to your feed so they can get updates when some one responds to their comments.

4. You can quickly add content to your blog, using something called a WYSIWYG Editor - WYSIWYG stands for What You See Is What You Get. This means you don't have to mess around with HTML and linking new pages into your site.

I think that covers it please comment if you now of any more features a blog offers.

With Drupal people can add stories aswell, I could even configure so people could get their own blogs on my site. I might also add revenue sharing to my site to encourage people to be more active in my community.

I'll be adding a poll about this soon.
