Get Paid for Blogging

Well Smorty is like many other paid to review sites on the internet, advertisers pay for bloggers to write posts on their blogs for them this increases their link popularity and sends traffic to their websites, bloggers can get paid by paypal.
How do they work out how much to pay?
I am not sure I presume they look at factors such as your pagerank, link popularity and Alexa ranking.
Your site needs to be over 3 Months old to register and thats it they pay you to blog

I've been wanting to join this kind of program. But all of them, make the payment via paypal.
The paypal system for my country, they cant received payment. that's why i never be able to earn some cash from this program. :(
Any suggestion for the program that can pay other than paypal (eg. alert pay, moneybookers or check)?
