This is something I am going to do.

Everyone knows Technorati ranks blogs not only by the number of incoming links they have but also by the amount of people that favourite blogs the more people that favourite your blog the better your Technorati rank.

Well the clever people at the Dosh Dosh blog have come up with an idea you favourite my blog and I favourite yours, actually I don't think its all that original but I am doing it anyway.

I was going to try and put this off a couple of days as I just got tagged yesterday but its for charity and all incoming links are greatly received by the Stubsy.

Dwayne who has a great blog called Dwaynes world has kindly tagged me, Dwayne's post on this subject is very moving.

My one is gonna be quick.

I have been wondering all day what I am going to write I need to tell you Where my desire to blog comes from?

So here it is where my desire to blog comes from.

Blogging is just something I do, I do it usually when the outlaws come round which is practically always so I am practically always on the computer getting a bad neck and straining my eyes.

Why????

Because it annoys the Mrs - hee hee only joking
Because I hope it'll make me rich - Not really but I can't think of a better way to get rich.

Heres what I like about blogging

It allows me to express myself and practice my English, I speak English all day probably to much sometimes but don't get to see it in words very often so thats a nice part of blogging.

If you own a blog you probably want visitors, getting visitors to your site and building links is hard work.

Lord Matt has come up with an idea which I like, I think it could be a good traffic source and a good bit of blog promotion for Financial Independence.

Whats it all about?

So what is the great blog promotion idea? Spike Club instead of exchange reviews with other blogs which lets be honest is getting boring. What Lord Matt's sugesting is... well heres a snippet from Lord Matts site.

"So I give you Spike Club.

Each week on spike day (plus or minus 24 hours for people like me who forget) all members of spike club will review the candidates site. The candidate will post the best post they can come up with a nice open ended topic so as to start a conversation.

With any luck the topic will run for the rest of the week (or longer).

...at which point it will be time to do it all again.
