Bucks4banners where have you gone?

Yet another site I have had a lot of clicks to but no cash, Bucks4Banners pays you (supposedly) for displaying banner ads on your site it doesn't matter how much traffic you get or what your sites about they are meant to pay £15 the first month and then £5 every month there after for you to display 3 ads on your site.
Anyway they haven't paid me since June, I went and asked sandra over at elizabeth-rose.info and they haven't paid her either have they paid you?
Have bucks4banners gone out of business? Is/was Bucks4banners a scam?
