In recent years property has made many people very rich and still has the potential to make you very rich, heres some top information to make you loads of property cash.

First of all before you start looking to buy a property you need to decide what the plan is, do you want to buy a property which can be developed and make tons of fast cash, do you want a long term investment you can rent out or do you intend to live in it for many years.
