Are there certain rules and habits that lead to financial independence and wealth? Yes... of course there is.

Financial independence and wealth creation is a combination of rules and habits. First rule - if you seek to be affluent, its not how much money you gain, its not
how many cars you push, it is how often you can save and invest = and that's key.

For example, my father's an exceedingly thrifty individual. Although he is truly wealthy, when he goes to a supermarket to buy an item linke toothpaste, he
will search the whole shop for every toothpaste accessible. He will estimate the
grams to recognize which toothpaste will give him the most toothpaste for that
dollar he will spend,

We hear the term "success" - often very vague and undefined. So what really is success? It’s easy to confuse success with wealth, fame or achievement. The first step to achieving success, is defining it...

We may allow the expectations of others, perhaps family, friends or
society, to define success for us, and fail to stop to think about what

In my last post Loads of money from property I said I was going to tell you how to make tons of cash from property even when your skint. Well sorry but I am not going to tell you now I think it would be to controversial and I might get in trouble.

Instead I am going to tell you when to borrow cash and use your credit cards for maximum benefit.

When should you borrow money? You should borrow money in these circumstances.

1. Buying a house - Borrowing money to buy a house can't be helped really can it? They cost a lot of money and property prices keep rising you can't save the cash because you need somewhere to live, renting costs nearly as much as buying so you need a mortgage.

The advantages of penny stock investing

Investing is one of the quickest ways to gain money, especially the trading in the penny stock market. Penny stocks are best for people who don’t have a lot of money. If you have $250, I would recommend throwing it into a good volatile stock and not the big board stocks. The reason for this is because putting that money in a safe big board stock will never make you rich, it will make slow gains over a long period of time. Save the big board stocks for when you already have big money.

When selling link and text ads on your site you have 2 options sell ads privately or use an agency such as linkworth, textlink ads or PPP. Their are benefits too both ways of selling advertising space on your website.

Benefits of using a middleman

Using an agency or middleman means you don't have the hassles of trying to find advertisers, telling them about your site, negotiating the price and then looking after them when they keep emailing you to say their links aren't there and THEY ARE THERE.

Selling ads using a middle man means you might have to sell them slightly cheaper, all publishers sell ads at a slightly lower price to agencies even large newspapers and TV Channels they don't have the costs involved with trying to find ad buyers. Rupert Murdoch would sell you an ad cheaper if you were an agency.

I was hoping to publish an interview with someone on the subject of debt and bankruptcy today, I thought it would cover all of the categories of financial independence ready to start again on the subject of making money.

For the meantime we're gonna skip the debt and move straight to making money and we've got a brilliant interview with someone successfully making money online. Paul Bradish runs an excellent blog about internet business and a successful internet consulting company, here's the interview with him Paul's answers are in Italic.

Well Paul from your about page I can see your 23 Years old, you have had success on the internet tell us about your e-commerce site whats the url?

Last week I made a post about bucks4banners the ad network that pays you £5 a month to put 3 Banners on your site no matter how much traffic you receive and the fact they had not paid me or sandra from elizabeth-rose.info aswell as a few other who left comments.

The previous post was called has bucks4banners disappeared? It proved quite popular with many of you commenting to say you too had no payment and One person using the contact stubsy form.

I emailed bucks4banners about 5 days ago using the email address admin@bucks4banners.net and today they replied:) In their first email they said " Your payment was generated by the system after the last order was made and was included in the 1st order of August."

I got started into computers at school. I was the first person to beat
the English teachers PC at chess and I was one of three kids that teachers
were likely to ask for assistance from if they wanted an assistant.

At college I retook my GCSEs and spent 95% of the time I should
have been in math in the computer room (I passed with a good grade too). If not for my friendship with the admins of the college network my exploration of
the not-at-all secure network would have gotten me kicked out of the college.
