Nude virgins and links you should read

Here is a few links to stuff that maybe of interest.

If your looking for the nude virgins their at the bottom of this page under fun and very very funny.

Starting with money related

The first One is an article that should be of interest to all UK homeowners from MSN Money asking is the UK house price bubble about to burst? There's a survey where you can vote, I wouldn't want to buy a house at the moment but what goes down must come up in the long run all property experts reckon house prices will keep rising.

The housing market follows trends just like any other financial market and current fundamental's aren't helping it either but the UK has a housing shortage so prices have got to rise longterm just like any other good investment.

Ten Steps to a happy life

Ten steps to a happier life and maybe financial independence.

Due to the fact I am feeling negative today this post was going to be called 10 steps to ruin your life, it had quite good commedy value (made me laugh anyway) but then it occured no ones going to be searching for ways to ruin their life so I've put a positive spin on it for you.

Some of this info I've learned from doing interviews and studying peoples blogs digging deep, some of it is stubsy life experience all of it is fact!

Happy life step One

Respect Money - The most important happy life ingredient (thats why its first) respect your money, people say money can't by happiness and their probably right but living without it is a lot worse than living with it.

Not saying you should be frugal or stingy with your cash just think before you splash it about and make loads.

Happy life step Two

New Feature subjects required

I have decided to start doing interviews and a I want Victims subjects/interviewees.

Why let me interview you?

Expand your reader base, promote your product or service get a link back to your site, This site gets quite a lot of traffic and I am hoping once we start doing some interviews it'll get a lot more either way you get a link which is quite valuable if you have a website and even more so if you have a blog because more links means more technorati ranking.

What sort of questions will I ask?

I'll try and look at your site first and see what we can find out about you and then I'll make it up from their emailing you the questions, belows a sample of what I might want to know.

A tidy little round up of groovy links

Given that I now have a sort of perminant guest blogger status here I figure that I should use it.

So I am going to give you a little round up of good money related links.

I am also likely to be biased so expect to meet me around the corner as we go tipping around the web.

Sort out your debts

Heres some information to deal with your debts, become debt free and on the road to financial independence.

Steps out of debt

1. Stop spending - if neccessary cut up your credit cards, tell the bank to cancel your overdraft you'll have to stop sooner or later and the later you leave it the more it'll cost you.

2. Take responsibilty - Stop blaming your partner for the debts she might have a shoe habit, he might have gone out and bought a rust bucket 1980's Ferrari which cost thousands to Insure and has had Ten new engines (my Mrs and I did both - she still blames me I'd sell the car but its never been on the road long enough) working for a tinpot firm run by a pair of ediots did'nt help me either. Its my fault I should never have taken the Job I Knew they where a pair of twats they where the Mrs made me do it (see told you I've taken responsibilty).

New competition coming soon

O.K We've had a redesign and I still have some money burning a whole in my paypal account so I've decided to have another competition, It'll be like the last one that nobody entered but this time we'll be giving away something instead of cash as suggested by Lord Matt.

What shall we give away please leave your comments and tell me what you want to win.

I think it'll be an article comp again come back soon for further details

New money making master plan

I have been neglecting Financial Independence a little over the past few days to work on my new master plan for great riches and the status of an online business guru.

As discussed by Lord Matt recently its not easy to make money from ads alone I don't know about you but I was starting to realise this before Lord Matts Post, Lord Matt did make me consider a new plan however.

A plan which I have put into practice, I don't like affilliate schemes I tried them before with a betting site spent £50 on Adwords and got back £0, I wanted an idea with £0 outlay.

I was trying to find a service I could offer people, services are great for any Business because you don't have any outlay just your time, so I was considering what I could do I have done webdesign for people before but I am not very artistic so did'nt think it would be the way to go.

Adverts or Products - how to blog for wealth.

The most common game plan for bloggers and site owners when they think about making money is they think: "I will write piles of good content and put adverts on it. The get rich."
Sadly this does not work very well for the average blogger.
Why not?
To be honest it is because the return per article is tiny - arround $0.04 per hour or less for the first year or two rising by as little as 10% year on year after that.
Writting good or even great content every day is very, very hard. Even reasonable content daily is a challenge.
What is needed is to have the time and skill to pour into a site where for the first year or two you earn nothing but spend every spare moment (after the day's article writting) making friends with other writters and bloggers.
However, what would also help is to have a better plan on how to get a revenue from you site. Adverts are the last thing you should be thinking about.

Debt Guidelines

This is really good information I found on a site called
