I keep posting about website promotion, its what I'm doing a lot of at the moment and this part of the site is my blog where I tell what I am up to and how things are going.
Anyway this sites about money, quick cash ideas and investments. What could be a better form of investment than a website?
This sites cost me £18 thats about $35 including hosting and domain name. A bargain from ebay. The thing I am worried about is bandwidth I think the hosting account was unlimited but I am paranoid that by some miracle I'll start getting a popular site and then they'll try and rip me off.
Of course if you wanted an entirely free blog you could set up a blogger account.

So with a blogger blog unless you pay for links and adwords the only thing you invest in is your time and electricity, unless you've got a wind up laptop.
I wanted to put a picture of a windup laptop here, but I need to get some photo editing software.
Anyway with regards to web site promotion, here's what I've been up to.
I have installed a blogroll on the right hand side, I got it from a place called Blogrolling I hate exchanging links so this is quite handy, you can check who's linking to you and quickly add new links.

Todays Directories
An important thing to remember when submitting to directories is they need to be search engine friendly, some web directories use no follow tags to stop search engines indexing sites, submitting to these directories is pointless.
Links from blogs are also very important so Blogroll Me! and I'll blogroll you.
