First read the Rules
1. Each player must post these rules first.
2. Each player starts with eight random facts about the subject of their website.
3. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
4. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
5. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.
8 Random Facts about Financial Independence
1. The quest for Financial independence needs to start early, don't get into the habbit of spending more cash than you have, save every spare penny you can be frugal.
2. Financial independence doesn't mean you have all the material possessions you want, it means you have security.
3. If you have financial independence you have financial security, you have freedom, you don't live from payday to payday with only your credit cards for emergencies, relying on your job to pay your bills. Financial independence means you have money in the bank.
4. I choose to start this site becuase I have always been into trying to make cash and retire early. I was chugging along quite nicely then dissaster struck the stubsy, I made a very bad career move and took a job at a tin pot outfit run by a pair of ediots.
I should have told them to shove after my first month, I was going to tell them to shove it but decided it would look bad on my C.V. I stuck it out getting paid when they felt like it subsidising my spending habits with the old mastercard, eventually due to bouncy direct debits and cheques the bank charges left me crippled reliant on this tin pot firm to feed my Kid.
It was going to be alright I was due a large amount of commission (I thought) but in the end I got very badly rogered by this pair of twats and am still trying to recover:(
5. Any body can achieve financial independence it doesn't matter where you live what you do for a living, to achieve financial independence you need to earn more & spend less.
6. Financial independence quickly will require some Investment
7. Never get in debt, I used to be really against debt but used credit cards to fund a property project once. I couldn't have made the money I did without them, it made me more comfortable with borrowing cash and borrowing cash contributed to my current mess. NEVER BORROW WHAT YOU CAN'T AFFORD.
8. Shopping is a big hindrence to financial independence instead of being dragged around the shops by your partner on a Saturday afternoon you should get a low cost hobby like blogging or better still hiking.
